Return and exchange standards

A return or exchange request must be made within 30 days of delivery. Eligible requests may concern either defective or non-defective goods. Items returned without a defect must remain new and unused and include the original components and packaging.

Approval is required before mailing a return. Start by contacting zicugolore669@gmail.com; after review, we will confirm the correct return address. Returns travel by mail. The parcel includes a free prepaid return label. If that label is not present, ask support for help before shipping. No restocking fee applies.

Following receipt and approval of the return, the original-payment refund is processed and initiated within 10 days. Posting by a bank or card issuer can take longer. Applicable statutory rights remain available.
